At Pierre Cardin Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your timepiece, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Package Your Watch

  Securely place the watch in its original Pierre Cardin presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new selection within 5-7 business days.
